This document describes the features and modules of Venture AssetCentral's enterprise asset management solution. The solution includes modules for assets database, preventive maintenance, complaints management, corrective maintenance, work order management, spare parts management, and asset dashboard. It allows users to register assets, create maintenance schedules, log and process public complaints, generate work requests, assign work orders to internal staff or external contractors, and track spare parts usage. The system can be accessed from mobile devices for real-time updates.

 Once the Work Requests have been verified,
user can proceed by creating work orders for
the work requests.
 These work orders can be assigned to the
following:
 Internal Staff
 External Contractor / Service Provider (They can
also login if they have user access license). These
users can only view work orders assigned to them.
