Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze & understand the Contract in direct relation to requirement, deliverables & obligations.
• Contract administration, Contractor Engagement, Contract Management and ensuring the compliance to Global
business Procurement and Supply Chain Policies & procedures.
• Planning & strategizing the procurement activities with close consultation with Technical Teams.
• Handing Global sourcing, Supplier management, Contract management through e-sourcing / Procurement tool
IFS &SAP.
• Analysis of price proposals and other associated information for setting up the price reasonability, Cost control
analysis, Forecasting & demand management, and Reduction of Overall Purchasing cost to the Company by
combining common items and negotiating long term Contracts.
• Material stock updating of manufacturing plant in India & across globe as well & keep records of inventory to
avoid any shortfall of equipment.
• Monitor suppliers for the deliveries of parts/equipment at project site as well as at storage location within
decided lead time.
Based on IFS requisition generate Purchase orders to suppliers by validating the quotes.
Creating new product line (i.e.: Bulk parts, Heavy parts & Engineering parts etc.) in the ERP as per the
requirement globally.
Deletion of temporary & inactive suppliers in ERP.
Other Achievements: Awarded “star performer Award for exceptional contribution to the operation-
procurement.
Completed yellow belt lean certification implemented globally on Document management.
May 10 –SEP 12 with Honeywell Automation India limited, as Project coordinator – (On rolls of SS
Automation).
