Artificial intelligence is defined as intelligence exhibited by machines and software. While AI is progressing rapidly, there are concerns about overreliance on machines, misuse of AI, and whether replacing humans with thinking, feeling machines would be ethically wrong. If machines were to fully replace humans' abilities to think, act, feel, judge and learn, they would need to achieve true artificial general intelligence.
