5. Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of
human intelligence in machines that are programmed to
think like humans and mimic their actions. The term may
also be applied to any machine that exhibits traits
associated with a human mind such as learning and
problem-solving.
6. The beginnings of modern AI can be traced to classical
philosophers' attempts to describe human thinking as a
symbolic system. But the field of AI wasn't formally
founded until 1956, at a conference at Dartmouth College,
in Hanover, New Hampshire, where the term "artificial
intelligence" was coined.
7. AI-enhanced technologies and solutions are now more
widely available than before across industries, though
they are not necessarily cheap to implement. Voice-
based assistants are at the forefront of the AI adoption
process in industries as diverse as IT, automotive, and
retail.
9. Artificial intelligence is impacting the future of virtually
every industry and every human being. Artificial
intelligence has acted as the main driver of emerging
technologies like big data, robotics and IoT, and it will
continue to act as a technological innovator for the
foreseeable future.

13. Natural language processing(NLP) is a branch of artificial
intelligence that helps computers understand, interpret
and manipulate human language. Natural Language
Processing (NLP) allows machines to break down and
interpret human language.

15. Robotics, design, construction, and use of machines
(robots) to perform tasks done traditionally by human
beings. Robots are widely used in such industries as
automobile manufacture to perform simple repetitive
tasks, and in industries where work must be performed
in environments hazardous to humans.

17. Machine learning (ML) is the study of computer
algorithms that improve automatically through
experience and by the use of data. It is seen as a part of
artificial intelligence.
