November registrations confirm a very slow recovery after the introduction of the
WLTP(*). A strong decline of Diesel in November (-26% vs November 2017) sends a
clear signal to the market and shows how the market downward trend (-6% with
146,991 registrations vs 156,886 in November 2017) is still caused by WLTP, which
had already affected heavily registrations during September and October 2018.As in
October, the decline in registration had a notable horizontal impact on almost all
