responsible for creating public technology programs. Chief
developer and presenter of all technology programs for
sixteen branches of a major Metropolitan library system.

branch and department staff members, the creation of all
primary materials used in these programs, and the instruction
of said materials to many varied communities. Offering
technology training to branch staff. Developing interview
questions to evaluate potential employees for technology skill
assessments. Hosting an annual technology in-service to share
new service strategies. Spearheaded the establishment of a
system wide employee recognition program for proactive staff
members who expanded their technology skills base.
