A three month fixed term contract with a call centre in Sheffield with focuses on
contacting members of the public to complete satisfaction surveys on behalf of
clients including Sheffield City Council.
The role involves making outbound calls, completing structured questionnaires and
accurately recording responses.

I managed the online presence and communication between the organisation and
the service users.
The role requires me to present information in a clear and concise manner, atten-
tion to detail and creative thinking are also very important.

Introducing SME owners aged 50+ to the different social media platforms available
for them to market their business and expand their customer base.
