This document outlines a 4DX plan for "Appy Hour" to increase participation in demonstrating and using apps taught. The plan involves: 1. Setting Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) to increase the number of attendees demonstrating apps to others and creating lessons from 1 to 3 attendees within set timeframes. 2. Tracking progress on a scoreboard that addresses changing behaviors and recognizes success. 3. Implementing lead measures like experimenting with apps and sharing online to support achieving the lag measure of app use, and addressing change stages. 4. Having accountability meetings to review progress and make new commitments for continuous improvement using the 4DX and Influencer models.
