Research and planning
This group’s research and planning I believe was very strong. Overall I would give them a level 3. This
is because the planning and evidence is complete on the blog. There is also a good level of care in
the presentation of the research and planning. The time management is also good which makes this
section of the task a level 3. There is organisation with the actors, locations, costumes and props on
the blog. Lastly the research and planning on the blog meets the potential target audience and the
products are all mainly similar.
Video
Above is a screen shot of a group of media student’s video. I would give this group a 47 out of 60
mark. I believe the video was very effective. The material was appropriate for the target audience
aimed for. This is good as they created the video on point. Titles were used appropriately according
to institutional conventions very well within the video. There were also sound with images
throughout the video. The shooting material used was appropriate to the set task it included
controlled use of the camera, attention to the framing, variety of shot distance and close attention
to mise en sen. This makes the video I very strong part of the groups work. The video is very
effective.

2. Evaluation
The group’s evaluation as pictured above i believe deserves a Level 4. This is because they have
excellent skill in the use of digital technology in the evaluation. This shows with the screen shots and
pictures they have used to make the presentation a lot better and the way they have structured the
evaluation. The group also had an excellent ability to refer to choice, ability to communicate (as it
shows in their whatsappscreenmunches) and developing from their preliminary to their full task.
