This report would be useful for all seeking answer to rural development securing 100 per cent delivery of the entitlements. I suggest mandatory social audit for all villages engaging NGO's through Gram Sabhas since panchayat leaders wish to retain votes without causing any harm to any. NGO's organising social audits absolves Panchayat leaders of the responsibility of the findings of the social audit report. Ejaz Khan, Sarpanch of Kota Panchayat is an ideal Sarpanch offering cooperation in the social audit which Dr. Alam conducted in 2014.

The main agenda of the village visit programme was to help students garner information on governance and development in villages- both from the perspective of the administrative side as well as that of the inhabitants. On interacting with the Government officials of the villages, we obtained first-hand information on schemes like the Mukhya Mantri Grameen Awas Mission, the Indira Gandhi Awas Yojana, the Nandan Phalodyan (under NREGA), the mid day meal scheme and Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan. They also gleaned insights on the challenges faced by the administration in executing these schemes.

Automate your automation with Rudder’s API! \o/RUDDER
Rudder comes with a complete REST API which provides access to all data available within Rudder so you can automate your configuration automation without using the web interface.
Using it, you can create tools (scripts, UI) adapted to your environment to automate common tasks in Rudder (Change a single setting in a Directive? Enable or disable a Rule according on customer request? Accept new nodes via a third party interface) or integrate existing tools like your CMDB, monitoring or even a KPI-reporting system.
We try to provide lot of documentation and make it as user friendly as possible, but it’s not always easy to realise exactly what the API can do, or figure out to best use it.
In this hands-on session, I will first explain how Rudder API works and is organized. Then, we will practice our knowledge (and our Python) to create a tool over Rudder API.

strategic change. Four blocks of
Darbhanga, namely, Manigachhi,
Tardih, Alinagar and
Ghanshyampur were targeted
and it succeeded in enrolling 730
girl students into formal schools
this year. It was a difficult effort
and MVA conducted a series of
activities like street play,

‘Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) is being conducted continuously in Manigachhi
block. 100 adolescent Dalit girls are reading here. Girls are Dalits over eleven year’s age.
These girls are still given opportunities in taking participation in organization’s activities as
to increase awareness and education level among them. MVA introduces them with issues
of Child right, child education etc. for enhancing their capacity to face the challenges of the
society after leaving the school.
Bal Sansad, Kishori Sansad, Bal Panchayat etc. are working as Students’ committees in the
school. It will help in emergence of leadership among the students.
MVA is doing activities on Disaster Management whereas it got concept of School Safety
Programme. Therefore, MVA insured all KGBV students and instructors with support of ALL
INDIA DISASTER MITIGATION INSTITUTE Ahmadabad and United India Insurance Co. Ltd.
2. 3. Consumers Awareness programme:
Our last year efforts of organizing meetings in the issue yielded some good results like three
businessmen started giving bills after themselves being registered with sale tax department for the
purpose. After getting this encouraging result, MVA repeated its previous efforts of organizing a
fresh meeting with local business houses, media persons and local important consumers though all
we are consumers.
4. Women International Day:
A meeting was organized with all
women staffs, volunteers, participants
including local NGO representatives
on occasion of Women International
Day on 8th
March in the Jyoti
Memorial Hall.
Besides this, the day was mainly
celebrated under leadership of Kiran

equality. The rally was culminated at Khadi Bhawan, Manigachhi. Mrs. Veena Devi,
