multinationals organizations for 10 years He has an outstanding track record in facilitating and
developing global high performance teams from the ground up in organizations

Have set-up 12 start-ups operations for foreign Multinationals in India for software development
(products & solutions), Aero engineering design centres, & BPO (support centres, IT
infrastructure) like Intergraph, Baan Group, WebMD, Infinite, Textron, SAIC India, and Curam.

Last assignment as Director- Operations & HR (Asia Pacific) for Curam Software, a European
IT product development multinational company

Has two post graduate qualifications in Human Resource (XLRI & OU) and one in Law.
Credentialed Executive Coach from RCS, Business Mentor from MBCI Australia,
Certified in MBTI, DISC® Suite
