Using a 4 Way Methodology
Detailed Direct Search (Head Hunting)

We can create a list of companies that we will actively
target and also if indicated by yourself a “No Go” list which
we try to identify to protect your own interests. To achieve a
successful search we will put together a team who will
focus on this assignment and these individuals will come
from our Network and will be managed by our Key Account
Manager. It is the role of the KAM to ensure that each
consultant fully understands the brief and also the culture of
the organisation to identify the best talent.

Antal Network

We will use the internal Antal Network of 120 offices to
source experienced candidates with the talents you are
seeking. In general these candidates will give leads to other
individuals who they recommend; this method normally
sources excellent individuals who again will be used to
network other candidates

Using web advertising in conjunction with the
above methods can be a useful tool in
ongoing funnel generation. Responses from
the web are predominantly utilised for their
contacts and networked for further talent.
