Can-Pack India Private Limited (CPIPL) is a container manufacturing business venture owned
and promoted in India by Can-Pack S.A. The parent Company Can-Pack S.A. is headquartered
at Krakow, Poland.
Can-Pack India Private Limited is a Can-Pack Group member company which consists of two
Separate branches and manufacturing facilities.
Can Pack-India Private Limited (Beverage Cans Branch)

Can Pack-India Private Limited (Glass Bottles Branch)
The Can-Pack Group had set up the first aluminium beverage cans in India in 2009 at the MIDC
Industrial Area Waluj which is located about fifteen kilometres from the historical city of
Aurangabad in the State of Maharashtra. The plant has been in operation since 2009 and is
geared up to manufacture world class aluminium beverage cans per annum. The Beverage Cans
Branch and the Glass Bottles Branch are headed by two independent professional Managing
Director.
The Can-Pack Group will be entering the glass container business segment with an investment
of over Rs.500 crores in a state of the art DCS controlled manufacturing facility. This plant will
also be located in the MIDC Industrial Area, Waluj near Aurangabad City. The Glass Container
manufacturing facility is now at an advanced stage of construction and will be commissioned in
the last quarter of 2013.
The Glass Bottles Branch plant will have an installed capacity of producing ~ 800
MT of glass containers per day. The plant will be equipped with world class state of the art
plant machinery and equipment from international suppliers.

A ] EXTERNAL :-
1. New Product Development Coordination :
• New design review based on market sample bottle or drawing received.
• Review Design with NPD.
• Share the Final Drawing with customer for Approval.
• Circulate Internally the Approved Drawing copy for mutual reference & records.
• Facilitate revisions/updates to the same as per customer requirements.
2. Sampling Development Coordination :
• Review Mold Schedule, New Sampling Schedule.
• Inspection of drawn samples & sharing inputs with concerned dept.
• Approved samples to be packed & sent for Customer Evaluation.
• Coordinate with Customer for sample approval.
• Relay Customer Comments & Approval status to plant.
• Preparation of Approved Samples Report with updated status.
3. Line Trial of New Product :
• Coordinate for Line Trial setup, Review stock on sampling basis to Confirm dispatch.
• Visit Customer for the Line Trials, facilitate any immediate solution for minor issues.
• Prepare the Minutes of Meeting.
• Prepare Technical Information sheet.
• Communicate to plant on Line Trial Performance, represent Voice of Customer recommending actions &
follow-up for closures required to meet customer expectations.
4. Customer complaints :
• On receipt of Complaint, Immediately call Customer to understand the concern, review internally & confirm
receipt by Mail correspondence.
• Plan Customer Visit as per mutual agreement based on severity of the Issue.
• Conduct requisite Test on the Available Stock, analyse data on the Complaint.
• Prepare report & highlight Issue to Plant with Samples.
• Facilitate - cause analysis internally, preparing & sharing of CAPA to Close Complaint.
• Monitoring CAPA effectiveness by Regular Verification Audits to conclude & standardize lessons learnt for
improvements.
B ] INTERNAL :-
1. Production – Hot End.
• Daily review Line performances (Efficiency, Job Names, Weight, Speed, Sections)
• Observe each line for identification of Abnormalities, scope of improvement.
• Verify that the Actions requested by Cold End for Highlighted Issues have been complied.
• Hot End Sampling Check - Once per Shift.
2. Production – Cold End.
• Daily review Cold End Issues raised during previous day.
• Monitor Effectiveness of Control of Issues raised to evaluate impact at Customer End.
• Regular feedback & coordination with team members relative to area of work.

3. Quality
• Daily review of Quality reports prepared for each Line.
