my rating because in high school I use to run indoor track, play lacrosse and I was
on the crew team (number 8). Therefore I use to be able to run for 12 minutes
without walking, I was able to pace myself and my breathing. I had more control
over my body. I m not satisfied with my current rating because I know what the
factors of being unhealthy can lead to. Diabetes, Cancer and heartdisease run in my

minute run I have took my fitness in my own hands. I have been mediating
morning and night to keep my stress down, find my inner self, as well as increase

mediating I use to always stress about every single thing and was depressed often.

governments. The Federal Ministry of Education plays a dominant role in regulating
the education sector, engaging in policy formation and ensuring quality control.

This essay examines behaviourist theories and discusses key elements of classical
and operant conditioning. It considers a variety of psychological theorists and

Behaviourism is a psychological approach that explains human development as
