Students have varying learning styles, so instruction should be presented in multiple ways to benefit all. The beginning steps involve evaluating the syllabus and outline to create an engaging blended or online learning experience.

4. As educators, we have preferred methods of teaching. Many times, college educators come to the class with extensive field experience, which drives the content and presentation/teaching style.
