Involve in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system
Supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of merchandise, material, etc., and consignment so that
it can be accessed and identified easily
Ensure the correct & timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures
related to offloading, packing and unpacking.
Responsible for planning inventory of all SKUs and ensuring no stock out as well as weekly Inventory Planning for all
SKU’s considering last week off take.
Accountable for rolling 3 months forecast to all suppliers every month to ensure the TAT.
Co-ordination with Logistic Department for timely pickup of material and responsible for generating YTD Sales &
Purchase report every month.
Timely order generation & co-ordination with the vendors & Logistic Department and accountable for sharing the
consumption report to all suppliers.
Responsible for preparing Monthly Inbound Vehicle placement plan & sharing the same to logistics dept.
Handling Inventory of around 350 SKUs & ensure stock level are managed & controlled effectively.
Conducting Cycle Count on monthly basis over 350 different SKUs and holding high accuracy rate & monitoring high
standards of material handling.
Warehouse Management || Mar’13 to Feb’14
Handling a team of 8-10 resources in warehousing operations (FCDP + M & R).
Oversee the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the
stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement as well ensure that the stocks stay physically
protected in the warehouse
Undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the
designated staff members
Maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy
and completeness.

Liable for execution of customer orders which are given by all the stores of Northern & Eastern region.

2. Ensure regular follow up with the Vendor & Logistic Dept. to ensure the delivery on time as well as for all outstation
deliveries until unless vehicle does not reach at the particular destination.
Attending the customer’s queries & complaints; resolving them in stipulated time frame.
Responsible for generating the Case Sale Report on daily basis & publish the same to our Internal Logistic Dept.
Liable for sending purchase order to the Vendors of all required SKUs & generating the Invoices as well.
Deft with SAP Software and handle inbound-outbound consignment of “Hindustan Unilever” frozen products.
In Charge for processing credit notes of all Northern Region & regular follow ups with the stores until all pending
credits are not processed.
