Maintenance Administrator
• Coordinate with management and vendors getting quotes, creating purchase orders to completing work that
needs to be done equipment or maintaining the building and grounds.
• Work with Scheduler & Planner to coordinate jobs between vendors and management.
• Schedule venders to estimate jobs at the plant and meeting with managers.
• Follow through with the purchasing on the work orders and track parts from vendors verifying scheduled
arrival of parts, product and job completion.
• Data enter employee hours from work orders into Maximo, create work orders, and add parts to work orders
to be purchased.
4/14 – 6/15 Purchasing Lead
• Purchase machinery and parts to maintain and promote production at Jerome Cheese Company.
• Send request for quotes to vendors, then from quotes match part numbers to requisition verifying all parts
and costs are current and correct.
• Collect information from vendors, evaluating products and services against the needs of the plant and
submitting recommendations to management.
• Facilitate contract negotiations with incoming vendors and management.
• Coordinate with different departments in regards to purchasing parts and equipment, and creating PO’s and
tracking merchandise for departments requiring the products.
1/13-4/14 Human Resources Generalist
• Communicate with department heads on upcoming events for human resources, personnel records, and
reports.
• Corroborate with the Department of Labor concerning Terminations, hiring, and other programs to enhance
Jerome Cheese Company.
• Responsible for orientation of new employees, starting and keeping all employee records up to date.
• Keep job posting current and available for prospective employees and set up interviews with applicants.
• Responsible for attendance tracking, payroll, Job Fairs and any other HR related duties.

job posting for the EOE Department, as well as any investigation, termination, or new hires.
