4.  In this level are
Theseus and Egeus.
They represent the
authority and order.
 This level is
represented by the city
of Athens.
 It happens during the
day when there is light.
 This level is where
everyday actions,
where logic and reason
become boring.

5.  In this level we can place
all the women in the
play; Lysander,
Demetrius, Oberon and
Puck who represent
madness and instinct.
 This level is represented
by the Wood.
 It happends during the
night when there is
darkness.
 This level is where magic
happens and dreams can
come true.

6.  Psychoanalysis refers to unconscious
forces that motivate human behavior.
 Sigmund Freud, a Viennese doctor,
studied human behavior (emotions,
thoughts and dreams).

7. We can see how the fairies have a crucial role in
the lives of men.
They rule over the lives of men; cause and solve
the problems between them.
They would reflect, therefore, the subconscious of
each person, because it is them the only ones
who control everything from the shadows.
