(I&T) Department. Guided
Implementation is a prescriptive
methodology based on NextGen
Healthcare Best Practices which
optimizes product rollout.

Every implementation project has risk. Guided Implementation
improves on our current “Train the Trainer” methodology by
allowing NextGen Healthcare to accept responsibility for several
critical tasks. NextGen Healthcare will perform the database build,
full end-user training, and post-live optimization assessments;
currently these tasks are assumed by the client.
The Guided Implementation methodology substantially reduces
project risk and further promotes success. The outcome with
Guided Implementation will be a client base that is satisfied,
stable, and successful after implementation of their Electronic
Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) solutions.

The switch to Guided Implementation is primarily driven by the
quality it delivers. Our implementation specialists have expertise,
superior system knowledge, and resources at their disposal;
they should accept responsibility for building the system for the

services are provided as a “Fixed Fee” cost to clients.

  • 2. Guided Implementation? We know implementing a new healthcare information system is a significant project. So choosing the right company as your partner can be the difference between success and failure. That partner should be NextGen Healthcare. Read on to learn how employing our new Guided Implementation methodology with NextGen® Ambulatory EHR and NextGen® Practice Management solutions will help your practice connect, care, and thrive. Guided Implementation is a methodology deployed by the Implementation and Training (I&T) Department. Guided Implementation is a prescriptive methodology based on NextGen Healthcare Best Practices which optimizes product rollout.

Guided Implementation improves on our current “Train the Trainer” methodology by allowing NextGen Healthcare to accept responsibility for several critical tasks. NextGen Healthcare will perform the database build, full end-user training, and post-live optimization assessments; currently these tasks are assumed by the client. The Guided Implementation methodology substantially reduces project risk and further promotes success. The outcome with Guided Implementation will be a client base that is satisfied, stable, and successful after implementation of their Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) solutions.
