I have worked several part time positions here all related to either math or computer science. I have just
completed a Computer Literacy course for the Donnelly housing project, which was a community outreach
effort of the college’s Project Smile. By Computer literacy it should be understood to mean the use of Win
XP and the Microsoft Office suite. I am currently teaching High Math and a SAT preparation segment
and also I’m scheduled to conduct a Literacy training program designed to upgrade the skills of a selected
group of students. The last position was in the Department of Engineering, where I taught a course in
Microprocessors and also conducted the lab sessions.

I taught network security, computer forensics, Introduction to Linux, Advanced Linux, and Advanced Cisco

This is a four hour per day, five days a week program designed to prepare the serious student to take the
following certification examinations: MCSE Exam 70-270 Installing, Configuring, and Administering
Microsoft Windows XP Professional, MCSE Exam 70-272: Supporting Users and Troubleshooting Desktop
Applications on a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System, the Cisco Certified Network Associate Exam,
the CompTIA A+ Certified Computer Technician and the Network + as a certified Network Technician. The
student is also prepared to begin the certification sequence in Macromedia that includes Coldfusion MX,
Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX and Web Design Technology. We teach the Flash MX portion.

This was a part time evening position that involved the preparation of lecture and laboratory experiences
consistent with the exploration of both the hardware and operating systems: DOS, WIN9x, Win 2K and
Win XP. The focus was on preparation for the examination but each student was given individual attention,
guidance and support

Worked as a teacher/technician. Taught Basic Electronics, Solid State Electronics, Communications theory,
Introduction to Microprocessors, Computer Systems and Networking, Introduction to Computers and
Business Mathematics, Introduction to Structured Programming using QBASIC and Introduction to Object
Oriented Programming using Visual Basic 6.0 Also did the basic software package setup, troubleshooting
and repair of the PCs needed for classroom use, helped to maintain the academic LAN as needed, lectured,
tutored, and graded.

Taught the use of the Computer in the Academic setting, i.e., the use of the word processor, the spreadsheet
and the database. This was an Adjunct position.

Taught Basic, Solid State Devices, Communications and Digital Electronic Theory, Provided the
complementary laboratory experience, repaired any and all electronic devices for staff, students and family,
and the archdiocese at-large. Recruited the potential student at the junior high school level. Also provided
instruction to student in the use of BASIC as a programming language, as an elective course. Developed a
working database for student job placement referrals encompassing all the electrical and construction trades
and electronic-related firms in the Delaware Valley.
