Answered and managed incoming and outgoing calls and taking accuratemessages when needed.
Opened and properly distributed incoming mail.
Greeting numerous members of the public, including doctors, consutants, interview candidates and
other proffesional bodies.
Helped distribute employee notices and mail around the office.
Maintained a clean reception and office working area.
Booking appointments and dealing with queries with patients both face to face as well as over the
telephone.

I have full knowledge of the systems used within the NHS such as RAD, RIS, CERNER, ICARE, PIMS
andPACS.
