For him it is an opportunity always. For him every case
coming , is taken by him as a challenge or as a new
opportunity because if something is coming , it is
going to give you something we can say in terms of
knowledge or experience.

His satisfaction is indirectly connected with
patients satisfaction. So if patient is satisfied
then it gives him internal as well as external
satisfaction.

Being a doctor his work is for the sake of
Society. So he believes in opportunity. Every
task given to me is an opportunity. Work is not
done for reward , he do his work with full
dedication.

It always happens that juniors do not according
to the expectation.
Explain them the poor outcome of poor
performance…this will make them work better.
Appreciation improves way of working.

Best way to convince seniors is to explain them the
situation….
