2. Person Which Inspires me is,
Mr. L.M. Vadiwala
Lalji Vadiwala:
 The owner of Siemens sales and Services in
Ahmedabad.
 Has worked in Mascot company in
Muscat(1994-1999).
 Has done B.E.(Electrical) from L.D. College.
 Has 15 years of working experience in the field
of biomedical instruments.

3. DETAILS ABOUT HIS WORK:
 He has sales and service of various Medical
equipments like CT-Scans, X-Rays, MRIs, etc.
of Siemens company.
 He provides services of medical Equipment in
Ahmedabad and many other parts of gujarat.
 I had a telephonic conversation with him.

4.  ME: Good Morning sir, my name is Samarth
Mer. I m a student of GEC Bhavnagar (E.C.)
last year. Can I take your few minutes as I
want to ask you some questions regarding
your life achievements and your career.
 Him: Well I will be glad to give my experience
with you.

5.  ME: How much do you have Experience in the
field of engineering?
 Him:He has experience of about 15 years,
He had started working with a small scale
company of Rajkot. Then after 1 and half year of
hardworking he got job in Mascot company in
Muscat.
Then he shifted his focus on his own private
business in Ahmedabad and started his own firm
of Sales and service of Siemens Company.

6.  Me:what are the qualities which makes one
successful engineer ?
 Him: To Become a successful engineer, it
requires hard work, dedication, honesty, etc. if
your basic are clear then it will help you to have a
good grip in engineering.
All this qualities plays an important role.
Above all I thinks that one should have a dream in
his/her life, and one should be dedicated towards
once dream.

7.  Me : Sir, according to you what is job/work
satisfaction?
 Him: If you ask me, I would say that one
should feel himself enjoying the work rather
just doing it as task by organization. Hardwork
and strong dedication leads to a satisfaction
and it has good returns also.

8.  Me: Many times you may find that your
employees are not working to your expectation
then what would you do?
 Him: This happens many times, but I keep
myself calm and try to help him, guide him in
work. This helps to keep relation with
employees good.

9.  Me: You may have many challenges in
careers, did you see as an opportunity or as
an hurdle?
 Him: I took it as an opportunity to improve
myself. Each challenge taught me something
new.

10.  Me: Any message for future Engineers?
 Him: Work hard and smart work can lead one
to their goal. Don’t lose hope, hope for the best
and one will succeed in life.
