One Dallas is a 422,000 square foot High-Rise Mixed-
Use Development project located at the northeast
corner of McKinney Avenue and Routh Street in
Dallas, Texas. The project includes 6 levels of a
177,000 square foot subterranean vehicle parking
garage, two (2) levels of 35,000 square foot
speculative restaurant and commercial tenant shell
and facility support areas, and 210,000 square foot
seventeen (17) level residential apartment units. I
will be managing PreCon, City of Dallas Permitting,
Site Logistics, Traffic Control Plan, Civil (all trades
Utilities, Plumbing, and some Electrical.), Structure
(all trades Concrete, Redi-mix, Rebar, Post Tension,
Formwork, Piers, Heavy Equipment (coordination),
Retention Wall System). Will also be involved in the
buy-out, scope review and subcontracts for Civil and
Structure. Managing and working with other team
members in regards to coordination, scheduling,
buy-out, and budget. Project schedule to break
ground August 18, 2014 .

Room / Compounding Room Expansion/Renovation.
Project consisted of demolition of existing
construction elements and addition of new clean
room space, epoxy flooring, clean filtered air supply,
laminar flow booths, powder fume hood rooms, AHU,
HWFI, PWFI process piping and instrumentation.
Managed all aspects of construction from precon to
project close out. Alcon North Manufacturing Line
10 Fill Room Expansion/Renovation. Demolition of
existing facilities. Installation of new pre-engineered
clean room, MEP, structural, epoxy flooring,
Instrumentation, and process piping. Replaced
previous PM, and took over operations.
Alcon QA Lab Renovation – renovations of Alcon’s
PFNO Lab. Managed all aspects from construction
buy-out to close out of project. Tenant Finish Out.
Renovation of a 100,000SF existing tenant space.
Construction consisted of new open office space,
bistro, conference rooms, data center, break rooms,
training rooms, IT lab, and installation of a new
generator and UPS system. owner, architect, and
consultants to ensure design intent and quality
expectations were met.
Boswell High School Addition / Renovation | Fort Worth, TX May 08’ - Dec. 11’
Eight (8) phases Addition and Renovation
Construction Project. Assigned as Lead Project
Engineer in charge of all cost control, documentation,
procurement, QA/QC, Subcontracts and Meetings.
45,000 SF of additions to the Auditorium, gym, Gym
Lobby and Locker Room. Phase 1 consisted of
extensive site utilities, and addition of new Central
Utilities Plant. The auditorium received a major
enhancement in addition to an expansion and
renovation to the Fine Arts Classroom, and Dressing
Rooms. The Gym received a new lobby and a
renovation to the existing locker rooms. Placed in
charge of all MEP coordination and had two (2)
Project Engineer reporting directly to me.
Coordinated materials and installations for all trades
from piers, site work, Structural, Concrete, Masonry,
finish Carpentry, Built-up and Metal Roofing
Systems, storefront/Curtain Wall,
Drywall/Acoustical Ceilings/Plaster Systems MEP,

Construction of a 405,000 SF, 19-story, AA office
tower with two below grade parking levels, ground
floor retail space, four above grade parking levels,
fourteen office floors, and an attached 460,000 SF
parking garage. Performed daily QA/QC on Concrete
and rebar replacement. Managed various scopes
including:
doors/Fames/Hardware,Drywall/Acoustical,
Ceiling/Plaster Systems, and Concrete. Assisted other
Project Engineers with document control of RFI’s,
