This document discusses mobile learning and presents research on using context to support personalized activity-based mobile learning. It outlines challenges in mobile learning and how learning at the workplace fits the characteristics for promising applications. The research goal is to examine how information from a mobile environment can support personalized learning based on activities. Key questions examine how to model mobile learning context and use context in scenarios to adapt to users. An architecture is proposed that acquires context information and uses web services to provide adaptive access to content.
