⊳ Developing a proper plan and strategies for identifying, attracting, and
on-boarding top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic
business needs.
⊳ Analyzing different sourcing strategies that should be applied based on
the understanding of the jobs.
⊳ Assessing the role of talent pipeline for future needs of the Company
due to attrition or any other unforeseen circumstances.

⊳ Understanding the role of employment Branding for advancing the
market position of the organization, attracting quality candidates, and
depicting the organizational culture and health of the Company.
⊳ Implementing a positive candidate experience, managing candidate
communities, and maintaining relationships for those candidates who
are not selected.
