This document outlines the objectives and learning outcomes of a study on new hiring strategies for talent acquisition at SMC Global Securities Ltd. The objectives are to develop hiring plans and strategies to attract top talent, analyze different sourcing methods based on job needs, and assess the role of a talent pipeline for future company needs. Additional objectives are to understand how employment branding advances the organization and depicts culture, and implement positive candidate experiences. The learning outcomes include maintaining client networks, understanding the talent acquisition process, identifying sourcing strategies, describing the need for a talent pipeline, and discovering the importance of employment branding.
