IBS Dehradun is a place which is a students’
personal and career development centre.
IBS Dehradun is in need of various
management related activities by students
to inculcate more management related
activities rather than the theoretical one.
Executive Summary
This event is named Archives which is similar to the Treasure Hunt.
The Objective
Focuses on Team-work and Coordination among the students. Having
this event will bring increase in morale,team engagement, creativity
etc.
The Goal
IBS Dehradun ia a management institute that requires a management
activities to be conducted for students which helps in Team Building
among the students of IBS.
Goals of the Event are:
• Improved Business Skills and Flexibility
•Encourages leadership, Â communication and interaction.
•Encourages creativity and thinking ‘outside the box
•Increase in morale

3. Project Details
Here is where you outline the students for whom the event is going
to held, it is a management event for sharpening Business Skills
among the students,the event is going to be held in the college
campus, Next Month & By the Organisers of the event, by keeping the
specific contract terms in mind as well. Depending on the nature of the

Here are few terms or limitations laid relating to the event. These
caveats can protect you from committing additional work and
disqualification from the event. Game should be played according to
the laid rules
Terms and Limitations are as follows:
• No Cheating should be there, if found the Team would not be eligible
to play further and will get disqualified from the game.
• Time limit is set for each round and if not cleared by the teams the
team will not be able to proceed further.
• The winning team and the runner up team will be given prizes.
• At a time 3 Teams will be playing the round.
•Each team will have 3 players only.
