 Responsible for benefits and compensation programs for all communities system wide.

 Assists in plan design, selection of vendors, and overall structure of designated benefits offered

 Handle all aspects of the enrollment process for new associates and all other associate changes.
 Process claims for long term, short term and life insurance. Assist in FMLA reporting and
processing.
 Manage weekly hire reports for 401K service provider, annual discrimination testing, as well as
process weekly deferrals, hardship and loans
 Maintain up to date knowledge regarding HRIS database, ensuring that system data is accurately
reflects current compensation and benefits information.
 Audit, prepare and reconcile monthly medical, dental, vision bills and ancillary products for
communities and vendors, for accuracy and payment.
 Oversee wellness program.
 Process initial claims filed with worker’s compensation carrier covering employees in the state of
Illinois.
