Head Teller – Mosadaq Branch – December 2014 to Present
o Handle the tasks of supervising and scheduling the daily activities of the teller staff
o Responsible for assisting tellers in handling complex customer transactions
o Ensure that the established balancing routines and daily teller are completed in a timely and
accurate fashion
o Handle the tasks of overseeing and supervising the training of new teller staff
