- Assistant in the day-to –day operation of the hotel and front office.
- Supervise the operation activities of the hotel front desk within hotel guidelines to provide the heights
- Standard of courteous service while permitting acceptable profit levels.
- Assign, coorddinate, and supervise work activities of front disk and reservation agents.
- Train and develop front desk & reservation .Prepare staffing schedules, and how to handle any complain
. - Ensure Work is completed to include check in,check out,shift closing & room deposits,refundes and
rebates.
- Take personal responsibility for correcting customer service problems.
-To ensure that billing and credit agreements are managed and controlled.
-To maintain effective working relationships with clients. Identify their needs and ensure their repeat

-To provide training and development for employees in revenue management.
-To develop a close working relationship with all departments, colleagues and managers to ensure guest

- To develop strong working relationships with all customers in order to maximize sales opportunities and
