The results showed that students perceived a high level of classroom climate in both teacher-directed dimensions (equity and teacher support) and student-directed dimensions (cohesiveness, involvement, responsibility, and task orientation). Equity and teacher support were found to have a positive relationship with the student-directed dimensions.
The researchers concluded that teachers play a significant role in determining classroom climate. They recommended that faculty develop strategies to further enhance dimensions like equity and teacher support to address diverse student needs, and provide more opportunities for student responsibility, involvement
