a basic principle in the teaching-learning process
Every learner in the classroomis a uniqueindividual.
The process of learning is primarily controlled by the learner
and not by the teacher.
Thorndike’s law of exercise
Constant repetitionof a response strengthens its connection withthe stimulus
and disuse of a response weakens it.
A learner will arrive at the solution to the problem when he becomes aware of
the important relationships involve in it.
Of importance of educative experience are the background and experience of
the learner.
Readiness varies with different learning tasks and among
individuals.
Each individual has his own unique style of learning andsolving problems.
