The document discusses the ADDIE model, which is an instructional design methodology used to organize and streamline the production of course content. It consists of 5 stages - Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Each stage is completed in order while allowing for reflection and iteration. The model provides a structured and focused approach to create effective training programs through a continuous feedback loop.

Whatever size business you run, it is important to remember that learning is an ongoing experience. This applies as much to the upper management of the business as the employees.
It follows that training should also be a part of the company’s day to day business activities. Of course, employees who are motivated and keen to see the business succeed will often take new ideas that they come across during the course of their work, and will sometimes be in a position to make suggestions for improvement that can benefit the company’s bottom line. Designing, developing, implementing, and supporting e-learning costs money—and no organization wants to waste money. Therefore, every e-learning product must yield the maximum return on the investment. To achieve this, organizations need to understand the stages of the e-learning product lifecycle. With this knowledge, they can maximize the impact of their efforts at various stages, thereby extending the lifespan and effective use of an e-learning product. This, in turn, will directly increase the return the organization realizes on its investment in e-learning.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

• ADDIE: 5 Steps To Effective Training
• The Addie model is an instructional design methodology
used to help organize and streamline the production of
your course content. Developed in the 1970’s, ADDIE is
still the most commonly used model for instructional
design. Why? – It’s simple and effective!
3. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Addie Explained
• Addie is an acronym for the five stages of a development
process: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation,
and Evaluation. The ADDIE model relies on each stage
being done in the given order but with a focus on
reflection and iteration. The model gives you a
streamlined, focused approach that provides feedback for
continuous improvement.
5. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• The 5 Steps of The Addie Process
• Step 1: Analysis
• Before you start developing any content or training
strategies, you should analyze the current situation in
terms of training, knowledge gaps etc. Start with a series
of questions to understand the current situation and to
also understand what is the goal of the training itself. This
influences a huge amount of decisions later in the
process.
6. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• One very common question is: What is the point of the
training? Why are we doing it? What type of behavioral
change is desired? Will training actually help? This phase
should be a full audit of the audience, business goals,
training methodologies used, media types used, etc. Once
this is done, you can generate a training plan that
addresses:
• Who, What, When, Where, Why, How?
7. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• The core of your training plan will be “How can we
improve the situation and achieve business goals through
training?”. You will use this question as the foundation for
the rest of the process. You should come out with: an
analysis of training needs and a training plan
8. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Step 2: Design
• With your training plan done, you then get to the design
phase – this is where you take all of the learnings of the
previous phase and use it to make practical decisions.
This includes a strategy, delivery methods, structure,
duration, assessment, and feedback. The next step is
to storyboard your ideas and/or create a prototype. You
are creating a blueprint for your courses, and by making a
prototype you can quickly communicate with other
stakeholders the value of the training.
9. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• An initial testing phase of the prototype is always a good
idea, this is a sanity check that is carried out prior to
moving too far forward.
• You should come out with: an overview of the course
design and storyboards/prototypes.
10. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Step 3: Development
• At this stage, you can begin to create the courses. You
will be heavily guided by the prototype/storyboards at this
point. Each element of the course should be developed to
match the design phase. The core of the content has
already been decided. All you need to add is a level of
detail and polish to the courses
11. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
What is a storyboard?
• A storyboard is a tool used to plan and visualize videos,
animations, graphics, or courses. Typically comprising of
sketched images and text, it creates an organized
sequence of the story that needs to be told or information
that needs to be communicated.
• Storyboards are ubiquitous in eLearning to create well-defined
course content. Used in combination with other content creation
models like ADDIE, it’s an effective method to build engaging
training programs
12. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• This is done by adding graphics, choosing colors and
deciding on fonts. To some, this may seem trivial, but it
has a huge bearing on how engaging the course content
is.
13. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• The careful selection of these elements allows you to
present the course in a manner that will appeal to the
audience (which may become apparent with an analysis
of the audience in the first phase). The development
process should be iterative. Once you have created a
course you should test it to ensure there are no basic
errors – grammar, spelling, syntax etc. Testing should also look
at the mechanics of the course. A key consideration at this stage is
navigation.
14. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• The vast majority of problems that learners encounter are
related to how the course was built in the authoring tool.
The frustrating thing is that it can often be something very
simple that the instructional designer misses because
they did not test the course.
15. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• Testing the course is not flicking through it – it is a
systematic check on the accuracy of the content and the
utility of the navigation. Can a learner progress in the way
I designed? – even if they make unexpected decisions.
Building upon that should be a check on the flow of the
content. Is it engaging, how is the length etc?
16. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• Step 4: Implementation
• Once you have completed your courses and you are
satisfied that they are fully tested, it’s time to share them
with the learner. The decisions made in the design phase
will influence how this is actually carried out. In the
majority of cases, the courses are uploaded to an LMS
and the delivery options are set up – who are enrolled, how much time are
they given, pass marks for assessments, and the collection of feedback. The delivery, tracking, and
reporting are all handled by the LMS.
17. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• The instructional designer should monitor the situation for
any teething issues. One of the best was to prevent
against any problems in the implementation phase is to
conduct a pilot of a course before unleashing the content
on the entire group.
18. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Step 5: Evaluation
• ADDIE’s main goal is to provide a structured method of
creating training programs. It is also, however, a powerful
model for improving the way in which future iterations are
created. Getting feedback on every aspect of the courses
is really important so that you can improve and revise the
content. What to focus on:
19. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• Did we meet the goals as set out in the analysis phase?
• Take feedback and place back into the analysis phase.
• Identify other training requirements.
• Possible change in media types or approach.
20. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• A great way to get feedback is to ask learners to complete
surveys at the end of their course. This can be done
within the course (using your authoring tool) or as by the
LMS. Create survey questions specific to the points above
but, also encourage learners to give feedback in a free
text box so that you are aware of any gaps you may not
have thought of.
21. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• Part of your team’s post-training strategy hinges on
asking the right survey training questions, but another
piece is the training evaluation form itself. Great care
should be taken to build a form that is:
1.Easy to understand
2.Comprehensive
3.Successful in capturing overall participant satisfaction
22. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• What is a training evaluation form?
• Put simply, training evaluation forms are the tool by which your
team can collect valuable data from those who have participated
in a course. This feedback is essential to the process of refining
and optimizing your training programs, and ultimately to maximize
the value that participants are receiving. Just like the process of
designing a training program itself, great consideration should be
given to create an evaluation form that’s engaging and respectful
of the participant’s time.
23. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• How to create a training evaluation form.
• There are a variety of tools and platforms that can be used to
create your evaluation form. Common options include simple
PDFs, Google forms, Typeform, Qualtrics or by setting up a
survey in your LMS. When choosing the right host for your forms,
a great first step is to survey which platforms your organization is
already using. It’s typically much easier to get buy-in for existing
platforms than it is to introduce something new, not to mention the
fact that it’s also more affordable (or free!) to piggy-back on an
existing contract.
24. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• One other crucial consideration is to align the platform
with the type of engagement you’re looking to
receive. Qualtrics recommends offering a combination of
different engagement options in training evaluation
surveys, including yes/no questions, open text entry, and
single choice (No/To some extent/Yes/Don’t know). While
most solutions offer a variety of input options, it’s worth double checking that the platforms
your team is considering align with the type of feedback your questions are built around.
25. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• How to implement the ADDIE Model today?
• Trello
• One of the best ways to manage the ADDIE model is a
software tool like Trello. This provides you with a
structured method for tracking the movement between the
stages and it’s also a great way to document any
developments or takeaways from each stage.
26. AMITY GLOBAL
BUSINESS SCHOOL Bhubaneswar
Continued
• Storyboarding
• When you get to the storyboarding stage I recommend
using a powerpoint template – it’s a great way to create
storyboards quickly and easily and it also can be imported
into your authoring tool once the storyboards have been
approved.
27. AMITY GLOBAL

• LMS
• With a learning management system (LMS), like
LearnUpon, you can easily upload (or create) course
content and deliver training to your learners. You can
make use of powerful features like reporting to
evaluate uptake, completion, and performance. It will
allow you manage enrollments and to set up due dates to
adhere to the training plan and schedule.
