This document describes an Android app created for the Institute of CS & IT at the Women University Multan. The app aims to provide a user-friendly interface to access important information like results, news updates, and admission details from the university. It includes components like activities, services, broadcast receivers, and content providers. The app will have features like digital results, news, admission details, faculty details, and an admin panel to easily manage and update information. Database tables will store user, news, and course data. Screenshots demonstrate the admin panel and sample app screens. The app was developed using Android Studio and Notepad++.

 Due user friendly nature of android app, there is dire need to develop
such app for educational purpose especially for university users.
 The purposed app should be dynamic app which can disperse important
information and updates as the mobile device is connected to the internet.
The app is specifically designed for Institute of CS & IT, The Women
University Multan (WUM).

4. Android Operating System
 Android OS is the most popular operating system for hand held devices.
 The range of devices running Android is increasing day by day.
 Now Android OS even supports wearables such as smart watches, Google Glass
and automobiles system. The first commercial version of Android OS (API 1.0)
was released in September 23, 2008.
 The most recent Android Update is Android 6.0 “Marshmallow” which was
released in October 2015.

 Ease for teacher as the teacher will add the marks only the percentage and the GP will
be calculated by the app automatically
