This document outlines activities taking place at a Polish school between September and December 2009 as part of the Comenius program. Some of the key activities included: 1) Preparing information about the program for parents and students and presenting the schedule and rules. 2) Creating a "Comenius World" corner at the school. 3) Teachers attending a training conference in Warsaw to prepare for the program. 4) Developing presentations about the school and region to share with partner countries. 5) Starting correspondence with students from partner countries.

1. Preparing information about the program in the school newspaper; presenting purposes,
the schedule and rules of operation of the school in the Comenius program to parents and
pupils.

songs, meeting with veterans

traditions in partner countries; comparing them with traditions cultivated in Poland
21. Preparing and carrying Christmas chat-session with pupils from the partner school in Malta,
talking about interests, hobbies; getting to know expressions from the colloquial language.

guests (parish priest, the retired school staff), singing Christmas songs and carols,
exchanging Christmas greetings, sharing the wafer
