The Outreach and Technical Assistance Network (OTAN) is one of three state leadership projects in California that serves 210 adult education agencies across the state, adding 26 new agencies this year. OTAN provides professional development through peer mentoring cohorts and an annual technology and distance learning symposium to support adult educators in using technology and integrating distance learning.
