2. Fritz Werner Wurm, Managing director of IM&C
Fritz Wurm is the CEO of IM&C GmbH.
Fritz founded IM&C in 1991, offering consulting services in the areas of production
planning, logistics, financial management and product costing. Fritz’s skills and
business acumen proved invaluable in the process of creating the GCP Engine, an
unique, strategic solution that is getting more and more established on the market.
Prior to IM&C, Fritz worked for 8 years at SAP AG.
Christian Decker, Managing partner of IM&C
Christian is a former SAP employee, who joined IM&C in 1995 to become one of
the
Managing Partners in 2006. He is responsible for consulting in the areas of product
costing, supply chain and logistics.
Christian has been instrumental in the delivery of a number of challenging projects,
and is currently recognized as an expert in the areas of Supply Chain and Logistics
with particular focus on SAP and other cutting edge technologies in this space.

IM&C supports its customers in the conceptual design
and implementation of integrated, standardized,
flexible and modern solutions. We have vast expertise
in identifying the advantages and disadvantages of
different assessment methods in production controlling.
We also created and implemented an integrated
approach based on quantity planning in a globally
integrated network, and we provide a Tool that allows
for parallel currency calculations.
Last, but not least, we are able to provide solutions in the
area of product costing by calculating cost estimate per
item, integrating it into the product earnings statement
and organizing a reporting system that includes variance
analysis against performance targets.
Transfer Pricing
According to sources such as OECD the correct
calculation and use of Transfer Price is significantly
important for both taxpayers and tax authorities because
of its impact on income and expenditure, as well as
taxable profit of enterprises operating in different tax
jurisdictions.
IM&C is able to provide its customers with a solution
that relies on the ability to analyse transactional data,

Integrated Planning and Performance
Management
Most international enterprises need globally integrated,
cross-system information where quantities are based
on global targets, but standard systems often do not
support cost and profit planning. Quite often, there is
the problem that subscription ratio is not integrated with
mixed costs and as a consequence budgeted costs are
calculated on the basis of a scenario where 100% of
the production is in-house. Thus, there are inaccuracies
based on unrealistic data between planned and actual
data. Additionally, there are initial stock figures based
on purchased price rather than calculated throughout
the planning period.
Our innovative solution Group Cost & Profitability
(GCP) Engine can be applied to assess quantities at
local level, separate local from global costs, calculate
intercompany profits at local and global level as well
as external earnings. Moreover, the GCP Engine can
resolve the problems derived from inaccuracies by
