About Exercise Stability Ball
The exercise ball was developed in Switzerland and so
is also known as Swiss Ball. The ball is constructed of
soft elastic with an approximate diameter of 14 to 34
inches and is filled with air. The air pressure of the ball
can be changed with the help of a valve stem it can fill
air or let the ball deflate. It is most often used in
physical therapy, athletic training, weight training and
exercise.
