 is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, 
Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project 
or in a business venture 
 It involves specifying the objective of the business venture or 
project and identifying the internal and external factors that 
are favorable and unfavorable to achieve that objective. The 
technique is credited to Albert Humphrey.
 Strengths: characteristics of the business or team that give it 
an advantage over others in the industry. 
 Weaknesses: are characteristics that place the firm at a 
disadvantage relative to others. 
 Opportunities: external chances to make greater sales or 
profits in the environment. 
 Threats: external elements in the environment that could 
cause trouble for the business.
Faculty Mission 
 
To graduate quality physicians capable of implementing various 
levels of health care practices, following medical ethics and ready 
for continuing professional development. 
 To train specialized physicians to conduct advanced scientific 
research, apply updated technologies and follow national and 
international medical standards. 
 To care for the development of the competitive edge of human 
resources, serve the community and share in solving national 
health problems.
 Great mission and great projects are only talks without 
well organized strategic plan . 
 I’m Belong to Kaser El Aini ,I have to share its dreams . 
 Work to make them true 
 Applying the new science I know to have steady wide 
steps towards achieved mission. 
 So as my 1st trials to apply the SWOT system , I’ll make 
it serving my lovely faculty.
Strength points: 
 Location : capital city. 
 History: 1st medical school at the country. 
 Position : 3rd level care service organization where all 
the complicated, rare and unique cases are referred. 
 Human resources : available in large numbers. 

Weak points: 
 Old system of administration. 
 Large numbers of students every year. 
 Absence of the spirit of team work at many levels. 
 Bad & un organized referral system , which overload 
the organization and consume time and resources. 
 lack of health awareness among the population.
Opportunities: 
 New scientific research era, opened channels to share 
knowledge world wide. 
 Annual increasing medical meeting conferences and 
medical journals enable our physicians to up date their 
medical knowledge so easy . 
 Political new events more favorable to be with not 
against our mission .
Threats: 
 Un stable political scene . 
 Un ethical Competitors .
Clear vision

  • 2.  is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or in a business venture  It involves specifying the objective of the business venture or project and identifying the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieve that objective. The technique is credited to Albert Humphrey.
  • 3.  Strengths: characteristics of the business or team that give it an advantage over others in the industry.  Weaknesses: are characteristics that place the firm at a disadvantage relative to others.  Opportunities: external chances to make greater sales or profits in the environment.  Threats: external elements in the environment that could cause trouble for the business.
  • 4. Faculty Mission  To graduate quality physicians capable of implementing various levels of health care practices, following medical ethics and ready for continuing professional development.  To train specialized physicians to conduct advanced scientific research, apply updated technologies and follow national and international medical standards.  To care for the development of the competitive edge of human resources, serve the community and share in solving national health problems.
  • 5.  Great mission and great projects are only talks without well organized strategic plan .  I’m Belong to Kaser El Aini ,I have to share its dreams .  Work to make them true  Applying the new science I know to have steady wide steps towards achieved mission.  So as my 1st trials to apply the SWOT system , I’ll make it serving my lovely faculty.
  • 6. Strength points:  Location : capital city.  History: 1st medical school at the country.  Position : 3rd level care service organization where all the complicated, rare and unique cases are referred.  Human resources : available in large numbers. 
  • 7. Weak points:  Old system of administration.  Large numbers of students every year.  Absence of the spirit of team work at many levels.  Bad & un organized referral system , which overload the organization and consume time and resources.  lack of health awareness among the population.
  • 8. Opportunities:  New scientific research era, opened channels to share knowledge world wide.  Annual increasing medical meeting conferences and medical journals enable our physicians to up date their medical knowledge so easy .  Political new events more favorable to be with not against our mission .
  • 9. Threats:  Un stable political scene .  Un ethical Competitors .
  • 10. Clear vision + Strategic plan + Organized team work + Legal dream = Great achievement
