A few organizations, however, have recognized the possibilities created by social media and understand that health is extremely personal and materials prepared for mass audiences rarely address the unique concerns of individual patients. Moreover, when patients must access the

health care system they are unprepared for the experience, lost in the confusion of the high-technology environment of health care, and grasping for information. Social media has done much to change this situation. Patients can easily communicate with people across the globe, share common experiences and fears, discover the personal experiences faced by others, and access all types of medical information.
Unfortunately, many health care organizations choose to use social media as just another means of one-way communication. In some cases most of the organization's posts are designed to promote the hospital or medical practice rather than address patient issues and concerns. A few organizations, recognizing this temptation, develop policies that “no more than a certain percentage” of posts can be used for promotion purposes. At Inova Health System an effort is made to ensure that 80–90 percent of its posts address patient health rather than promoting the System.
Inova has made serious attempts to use social media effectively. It has created Facebook communities in specific areas such as wellness, pediatric care, bariatric surgery, and so on. Attempts are made to encourage users to trust Inova as a supplier of valuable health information. Information can be shared about the System but only after trust is built and the interests of the organization are consistent with the interests of the communities.
It is essential to remember why social media is important. The goal is to connect with friends and build communities around common interests and to share information better and faster. Furthermore, communicating poorly is almost as bad as not communicating. The quality of posts is more important than the quantity. Because real-time communication is so exciting we frequently confuse social media overuse with proper use. As the president of the 300-bed hospital which serves a diverse population of 50,000 citizens, it is the president's responsibility to create a plan of action to help address and treat patients of the county who might become ill in the next 48-72 hours.
The first task you will undertake is to research the disease, its course of treatments, and cures to help effectively treat the potential outbreak. Once you have done so, you will create a presentation that you can give to the county board and CDC showing how your hospital will combat the disease, treat patients, and develop strategies to prevent the spread of the outbreak.
As the president, you will need to work with internal and external vendors on ensuring that the hospital has enough resources and that more resources can be ordered and delivered as quickly as possible. You will need to reach out to and gain assistance from other healthcare organizations in the area to help you track, treat, and control the spread of the disease. ViewShift: Hassle-free Dynamic Policy Enforcement for Every Data Lake
Dynamic policy enforcement is becoming an increasingly important topic in today’s world where data privacy and compliance is a top priority for companies, individuals, and regulators alike. In these slides, we discuss how LinkedIn implements a powerful dynamic policy enforcement engine, called ViewShift, and integrates it within its data lake. We show the query engine architecture and how catalog implementations can automatically route table resolutions to compliance-enforcing SQL views. Such views have a set of very interesting properties: (1) They are auto-generated from declarative data annotations. (2) They respect user-level consent and preferences (3) They are context-aware, encoding a different set of transformations for different use cases (4) They are portable; while the SQL logic is only implemented in one SQL dialect, it is accessible in all engines.

Traditionally, databases have treated timestamps just as another data type. However, when performing real-time analytics, timestamps should be first class citizens and we need rich time semantics to get the most out of our data. We also need to deal with ever growing datasets while keeping performant, which is as fun as it sounds.
It is no wonder time-series databases are now more popular than ever before. Join me in this session to learn about the internal architecture and building blocks of QuestDB, an open source time-series database designed for speed. - 2. is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or in a business venture It involves specifying the objective of the business venture or project and identifying the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieve that objective. The technique is credited to Albert Humphrey.
- 3. Strengths: characteristics of the business or team that give it an advantage over others in the industry. Weaknesses: are characteristics that place the firm at a disadvantage relative to others. Opportunities: external chances to make greater sales or profits in the environment. Threats: external elements in the environment that could cause trouble for the business.
- 4. Faculty Mission To graduate quality physicians capable of implementing various levels of health care practices, following medical ethics and ready for continuing professional development. To train specialized physicians to conduct advanced scientific research, apply updated technologies and follow national and international medical standards. To care for the development of the competitive edge of human resources, serve the community and share in solving national health problems.
- 5. Great mission and great projects are only talks without well organized strategic plan . I’m Belong to Kaser El Aini ,I have to share its dreams . Work to make them true Applying the new science I know to have steady wide steps towards achieved mission. So as my 1st trials to apply the SWOT system , I’ll make it serving my lovely faculty.
- 6. Strength points: Location : capital city. History: 1st medical school at the country. Position : 3rd level care service organization where all the complicated, rare and unique cases are referred. Human resources : available in large numbers.
- 7. Weak points: Old system of administration. Large numbers of students every year. Absence of the spirit of team work at many levels. Bad & un organized referral system , which overload the organization and consume time and resources. lack of health awareness among the population.
- 8. Opportunities: New scientific research era, opened channels to share knowledge world wide. Annual increasing medical meeting conferences and medical journals enable our physicians to up date their medical knowledge so easy . Political new events more favorable to be with not against our mission .
- 9. Threats: Un stable political scene . Un ethical Competitors .
