Independent Rayleigh fading is assumed for each diversity branch with equal average signal-to-noise ratio. Selection combining and maximal ratio combining are shown to be special cases of H-S/MRC. Numerical results show that H-S/MRC provides improved performance over MRC when additional diversity is available and requires lower signal-to-noise ratio than MRC to achieve a given symbol error probability.

Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

Pozita gjeografike e baldushkut konsiderohet e favorshme. Kjo komune ndodhet
ne nje pike strategjike. Baldushku ndodhet ne km e 7 te rruges nacionale Tirane -
Elbasan. Kjo eshte nje gje shume pozitive per zhvillimin e komunes baldushk.
Komuna jone drejtimin kryesor ka bujqesine. Ekonomia jone mund te cilesohet si
ekonomi ne zhvillim. Vitet e fundit po merr perdorim te gjere teknologjia dhe kjo i
ka dhen nje shtyse te madhe ekonomise sone. Komuna jone bashkepunon
gjeresisht me komuna te tjera qe ndodhen ne afersi. Komuna jone kufizohet me
komunen e vaqarrit, me te petreles dhe komunen e pojaves ne jug, Baldushku
ndodhet ne meridianet 41' 13' N 19 '46 ' E.
Si konsiderohet pozita gjeografike
Zhvillimi i baldushkut eshte varur shume nga pozita gjeografike. Rruga kryesore ka
ndikuar ne kte aspekt. Hapja e Rrugeve te reja per te lidhur pjese te ndryshme te
komunes solli shume lehtesira per banoret por sidomos lidhja me komuna te
tjera. Baldushku ka territor te konsiderueshem qe nuk shfrytezohet. : Ne 2-3 vitet e
fundit infrastruktura eshte permiresuar ndjeshem.
Rruga kryesore e komunes eshte e lidhur me rrugen nacionale Tirane – Elbasan e gjitha
me asfalt. Kjo ka zgjidhur disa probleme si koha per te arritur ne tirane , komoditeti dhe
shume te mira qe mund ti sjell rruga kryesore vendit.
Problem mbeten rruget e lagjeve apo njesive te vogla.
Por nje problem tjeter eshte dhe ndertimi jo I rregullt I banesave , si p.sh largesia nga
njera tjetra , ndertimi I banesave ne vende te papershtatshme. Kjo gje kerkon rruge per
cdo banese ose rruge per dy ose 3 banesa. Por kjo ka dhe disavantazhe te tjera qe do ti
permendim me poshte.
Kushtet natyrore , evolucioni paleogjografik,resurset, inertet relievi etj
Popullsia e Baldushkut eshte vendosur kryesisht ne reliev fushor por nje pjese e
banorve jane ne zona te larta. Kjo gje sjell veshtiresi per jetesen sepse
infrastruktura ne keto zona te larta eshte e dobet. Keto zona te larta kane
3. probleme me transportin, sigurimin e ujit te pishem por edhe veshtiresi per
prodhimet e tyre. Problem eshte edhe energjia elektrike ndersa interneti do te
ishte luks I tepert. Ndersa per popullsine e vendosur ne zone fushore gjerat jane
pak me te lehta.
Kushtet natyrore te baldushkut jane te mira. Ai kufizohet nga malet ne pjesen me te
madhe dh kjo gje sjell nje dimer te ftphte me rreshje dhe nje vere te thate. baldushku ka
formen e nje gryke. Ne mesin e zones kalon lumi zhullima qe ketu njihet si perrua se per
shkak se ne vere ky thahet por ne dimer ka prurje te medha.
Resurset
Fshati jone nuk ka resurse te pa perseritshme me perjashtim te disa vendeve te qymyr
gurit por eshe ky nuk shfrytezohet. Ndersa resurset e perseritshme jane te shumta dhe
shfytezohen por jo 100 %. Pyjet shfrytezohet per qymyr druri dhe per tu ngrohur nga vet
banoret.
Relievi
Ashtu si pjesa me e madhe e relievit shqiptar dhe baldushku ka reliev malor. Pjesa
fushore ndodhet ne qender te zones ne rrjedhen e lumit ku eshte perqendruar dhe
popullsia. Baldushku ka kontraste te medha relievi. Rreth 70 % te zones e perbejne
malet dhe 30% fushat.
Klima
Klima e komunes se baldushkut eshte nje klime qe pak ndyshon nga jo e qytetit te
tiranes. Baldushku ka nje klime mesdhetare. Per sa kohe baldushku ska nje
qender meterologjike te dhenat e paraqitura jane per qytetin e tiranes.

4. Sic mund te shikohet edhe nga vlerat e temperaturave baldushku ka nje klime te

ai ka nje temp mes prej 15 'C.

Duke qene se baldushku eshte i rrethuar i gjithi me male ditet me erera apo
shpejtesia e eres jane te vogla.Muajt qe mund te kene dite me ere jane tetori ,
nentori dhjetori etj
Drejtimi i ererave ne te shumten e rasteve eshte ne drejtimin e jugperendimi.
5. HIDROGRAFIA
baldushku ka nje hidrografi te paster, sic dihet baldushku ka formen e nje lugine
permes saj kalon lumi i quajtur shullima. Ky lume derdhet ne erzen ne pjesen
territorriale te komunes vaqarr. Shullima ka formen e Y sepse ka dy burime.
Baldushku njihet per numrin e madh te liqeneve artificiale. Keto jane shume te
pasur me peshq te ndryshem. Ai ka 6 liqene artificiale, ne dime lumi ka prurje te
konsiderueshme edhe oer shkak te debores ne malet Perreth por edhe te
burimeve natyrore. Potenciali i lumit nuk eshte i mjaftueshem per hidrocentrale
sepse ne vere ai thahet pothuaj plotesisht. Liqenet kane nje sasi uji te
konsiderushme madje nje projekt i komunes eshte qe njeri nga keta liqene te
kthehet ne rezervuar per furnizimin e zones me uje te pishem. Sipas llogaritjeve
sasia e ujit qe ai mban mjafton per te furnizuar gjithe baldushkun. Lumi pervec
zenjes se peshqve ai shepben dhe per vaditje te tokave bujqesore. Keto 6 liqene
qe ndodhen ne pjese te ndryshme te zones se baldushkut arrijn te mbulojn gjithe
tokat bujqesor. Keto liqene furnizohen me uje nga burime apo perrojn te vegjel.
Kto liqene konsumohen me shume ne vere sepse dihet qe nevoja per uje eshte
me e madhe. : baldushku eshte nje zone e pasur me uje por problemet me te
vazhdojn sudomos per ujin e pijshem. Jo e gjithe popullsia furnizohet me uje te
pijshem disa zona ne lartesi te konsiderueshme nuk furnizohen me uje. Liqenet
artificiale sigurojn ujin per vaditje ne pjesen me te madhe te banorve por ka dhe
perjashtime te vogla.
TOKA
Toka bujqesore eshte e mjaftueshme per popullsine e baldushkut ne raport me
numrin e popullsise. Toka e komunes baldushk eshte shume e pasur dhe optimale
per zhvilljmin e bujqesise dhe blegtorise. Ka kripera dhe lende te bollshme per
bime te ndryshme. Sigurisht qe shfytezimi i saj nuk behet ne menure te duhur
sepse mbillet 2 apo 3 here ne vit dhe kjo gje e degradon shume.
6. Pyjet
Pothuajs cdo pjese e tokes qe nuk shfrytezohet per bujqesi apo per ndertim eshte
e mbuluar me peme te ndryshme . Ka male qe jane me pyje te larta por ka dhe me
pyje te ulta shkurre. Nje pjese te madhe te pyjeve ze pisha , por ka dhepeme te
tjera me lartesi te madhe. Ne pjesen me te madhe te rrugeve eshte e mbuluar me
rrap.
Bujqesia
kjo ze nje vend te rendesishem ne ekonomine e baldushkut dhe te ardhurave te
popullsise. Nje pjese e mire e popullsise merret me prodhimin e frutave dhe e
perimeve qe me pas tregtohen ne tirane. Baldushku njihet per vreshtat e rrushit.
PO keshtu ka dhe nje numer te madh rrenjesh ulliri qe vitet e fundit esjte rritur
shume. Prodhimi i perimeve vszhdon eshe ne dimer sepse jane shtuar shume
permeret qe merrem ne sera.
Shendetsia : Ne vitet e fundit problemet qe vijne nga shendetsia jane ulur , por ne disa
zona mungojne ambulancat. Problem mbetet kryerja e analiza te ndryshme qe duhet ti
kryejm ne Tirane. Gjithashtu edhe cmimet e larta per vizitat mjeksore.
Papunesia : papunesia ne baldushk eshte e madhe. Mundesite per punesim brenda
komunes jane te vogla, prandaj ne I drejtohemi Tiranes per pune.
Arsimi : Cilesia e mesimdhenjes ne baldushk eshte ne niveli te kenaqshme. Problem
mund te jet numri I madh nxenesve dhe kushtet e shkollave. Disa shkolla jane te
rikonstruktuara disa jo.
7. Mungesa e aktiviteteve sportive ne baldushk eshte nje problem dhe komuna duhet te
beje dicka per kte. Interneti eshte I pranishem ne baldushk por I rralle.
Historia e popullimit , shtesat ,lindjet ,vdekjet, struktura e popullsise migrimi etj.
Popullimi I baldushkut daton shume shekuj me perpara. Popullsia e baldushkut ishte
popullsi vendase dhe njerzit e sotem qe jetojn aty rrjedhin nga parardhesit e pare.
Komuna e baldushkut numeron 7208. Ne vitin 2001 lindjet ishin 65 ne vit kurse tani jane
38. kurse vdekjet shkojn tek 20 ne vit. Pra shtesa eshte relativisht e vogel.
Popullsiae baldushkur perbehet vetem nga banor vendas. Zakonet dhe kulturat jane te
njejta ne te gjithe zonen. Shumica e popullsise I perket besimit Mysliman por ka dhedisa
te krishtere.
Migrimi : nga vitet 1990 deri ne 2000 migrimi ka qene I madh kjo per arsye se ne fshat
ka pak mundesi. Cmimet e tokes ne qytetin e tiranes ishin me te lira ne krahasim me sot.
Por ne keto kohe ne nivele te larta ka qene dhe emigrimi per arsye te gjendjes
ekonomike.
