2. • Prepare completion policy note to provide guidelines and procedure for
running single or dual string well completion according to PPL’s SOP and
HSE policies.
• Supervise Work-over Operations (Rig/ Rigless), including Running/ Pulling
Well Completion, Wire line/ Slickline Jobs, Wellhead Installation & remedial
work.
• Prepare final completion, post-completion acid stimulation reports with
achievements and design well down-hole profile for official records.
ACID STIMULATIONS AND PERFORATION WASH
• Planning, handling service company Job proposals for post-DST and post-
Completion acid stimulation and technically evaluating the same in selection
of appropriate chemical according to wellbore nature and recommend
effective volumes used for pre & post flush and main treatment fluids for
acid stimulation, designed recipe (for conventional & retarded acids).
• Supervise Zonal Isolation, setting and pulling of IRBP( Inflatable
Retrievable Bridge Plugs) and Matrix Acid stimulation (Post – DST &
Completion) & performed post acid deliverability analysis and incorporate
Coiled Tubing speed as per actual Max pumping rate achieved during CT-
BHA function testing and have good experience in handling cycle’s
circulations as per available volume of Brine or acid.
DST
• Supervise DST overall operations (Temporary Conventional drill pipes
Completion and installation of Control & Flow heads) including, Perforations
and post-DST acid stimulations and well killing operation. Supervise well
testing for formation evaluation and submission of final report to Chief
engineer production.
COILED TUBING-
• Supervise CT operations during Well Completion, well Kick off and Acid
stimulations jobs such as seating IRBP for tubing integrity and zonal
isolation, thru tubing milling / fishing, scale removal operations and straddle
Tubing patch off job.
WIRE LINE –
• Supervise wireline jobs during well completion operations like perforation and
cased hole logging (USIT/CBL-VDL, RST & PSP) jobs.
• Planning and technically evaluating service company perforating services,
application selection of appropriate size and specs of perforation guns for
additional and re-perforation of gas wells by coordinating and cooperation
with Reservoir Eng Dept and site supervising overall operation.
SLICK LINE
• Drive unit for down hole completion equipments maintenance such as Wr-
SSCSV (Redress like changing Chevron Packings, Static and Dynamic Seals
replacement) , Tr-SCSSV (FTET, PLOT and straddling Insert-Type Wr-
SSCSV) , HNS replacements (Seating flow control equipments into Nipple
Profiles) and CIV or dummy straddling into SPM pockets .
• RIH & POOH for latching out and seating of several WR-SCSSV of Baker
Model C/W locks BFVE, BFVE-10, BGVE, BFX-11, B & BA-Nipple Sep.
Sleeves, L-type SSD LME, LSE and many Flow Control Equips like FWG,

and Heavy Tubings etc.

3. • Supervised operation for BHP & T by using Canada Tech.memory gauges
via slickline and submission of daily activity report to Chief engineer
production
• Plan and supervise pressurized annulus investigation to check existing
Completion string Integrity in single and dual gas producer wells via Wire line
like Conventional or Un-conventional (Quartz Gauges Logging Tools) to
determine and locate completion equipments posing negative integrity and
causing Pressurized Annulus and recommending remedial operation like
straddle Pack-off or W/O.
WATER SHUT-OFF JOBS
• As per job proposal planned from Reservoir Engineering Dept. Supervise
Coiled tubing operations for Water Shut-off in wells by setting CaCO3 across
bottom perforation intervals contributing with high water production rate and
carrying out acid stimulation job across upper gas producing formations.
THRU TUBING MILLING/ FISHING AND SCALE REMOVAL JOB – Plan and supervise
many thru tubing well intervention jobs for Milling fish into Well bore strings and removed
scale restrictions thru gauge cutters and Coiled tubing using appropriate chemicals like
xylene. Milling jobs were carried out with Coiled Tubing and Slick line using conventional
tools for Sui-91 and Adhi-5.
RESPONSIBILITIES &JOB DESCRIPTIONS AT OGDCL (Feb 2009 to Aug 2010)
Drilling & Well Completion - Involved and participated in all pre-drilling activities
like rig up as per SOP and participated in pressure test of Mud discharge line,
function testing of Mud pumps, pressure test of BOP & Exhaust fittings, shale shaker
and Solid control equipments before Spudding (commencement of Drilling
Operation).
• Practically supported in designing & running BHA of 24 ½ “, 17 ½ ', 12 ½ or 12 ¼ “' &
8 ½ or 8 ¼ “for 20" 13 3/8" 9 5/8” and 7” Liners respectively and actively involved in
monitoring Wellbore quality for deviation during Drilling/ tripping, curing losses
against severe loss zones, recommending on Slurry designs, improvising on
performance and tracking flat time/ casing running operations.
• Worked in mud system and have vast experience in preparing Water or Oil-based
Drilling fluid, maintaining by means of calculations for reducing mud weight by Oil or
Water, increasing mud weights by adding Barites and Caco3 etc Retort Analysis and
evaluation of hydro cyclone, Centrifuges and full knowledge in maintaining Oil/Water
ratio by means of Retort Analysis Provide technical coordination of drilling,
