Job Responsibilities:
• Analysing, designing and execution of the Fracturing jobs in the exploration Team.
• Contracts management for the existing contracts
• Designing the Fracturing program sufficing the stakeholder requirements including subsurface
and reservoir team.
• Co-ordination at the Well Site for safe execution of the fracturing job on location.
• Carrying meeting with all the stakeholders to discuss and analyse the post job results for the
conducted frac jobs.
• Planning the upcoming jobs strategy in exploration
2013-2014: Worked as a part of Well Services Team handling the well interventions for reservoir
surveillance, planning and execution of the remedial jobs to improve the productivity of the wells in all
fields in Rajasthan.

• Planning and execution of coiled tubing Jobs, slickline and E-line Jobs, stimulations, wellbore
cleanouts, ESP cleanout, well activation using Nitrogen , production logging, pressure
surveys, Jet Pump installations, ISAP stimulations for multiple zones, Fishing using coil or
slickline.
• Managing Contracts with coiled tubing and High Rate / Low rate pumping operations- by
monitoring their performances and evaluating the services provided, conducting service
quality meetings and providing feedbacks to continuously improvise the performance.

Working as the team lead in planning and execution of the Fracturing and acidizing stimulation
treatments.
Job Responsibilities:
• Working as Frac supervisor in different countries like Oman, USA, Indonesia for fracturing
treatments with crosslinked polymers, slickwater operations, Nitrogen fracs and acidizing.
• Co-ordinating with clients, management and the Frac team to execute the Frac jobs on
location.
• Working as a Practical instructor in Schlumberger training school in Abu dhabi to provide the
new operators and field supervisors training on operating the equipment efficiently.
• Maintaining the Equipment and personnel upto the competency requirement by ensuring
appropriate pro-active maintenance scheduling for the equipment and training and mentoring
for the employees.
• Mentoring the young operators, engineers and supervisors to be able to execute the jobs in
