Acceptance of Covid-19 Vaccine Among the People of Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar Distric...IIJSRJournal
Background: In the midst of the worldwide effort to control the spread of the COVID-19 thru immunization of herd immunity, there is still the doubt about the effectiveness of the vaccine. Thus, the vaccine hesitancy. This is a threat to public health. Knowing and understanding the factors that influence the COVID-19 vaccine acceptance of the community may contribute in creating new and improved strategies for a better comprehensive vaccination program. The objective of this study was to evaluate the frequency of the acceptance of COVID-19 vaccine and their determinants as of April 2021 in the Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar, Libya.
Methods: This is cross-sectional quantitative research was conducted using stratified random sampling while observing strict precautionary measures. In April 2021, guided questionnaires were answered by 2,000 respondents. Sample distribution were as follows: 500 from Al-Bayda, 200 from Shahat,100 from Sussa, 100 from Massah, 100 from Omar Al-Muhktar, 100 from Labraq, Mansoura, Gernada, and Gubbah 170 from Jardes and Marawa, 170 from Faydiya and Gasser Libya, 170 from Haniya and Zawiat Al-Argub, 220 from Werdama, Sidi Abdul Wahad and Hamama, 170 from Gandula and Slanta. Results were validated and analyzed using Minitab version 17.1. Data were presented using texts and tables.
Results: Out of the 2,000 invitees, 956 expressed their willingness to take the vaccine if it is available. Interest in accepting the vaccine is relatively high among 18-25 age group (711), male (781), being married (779), with bachelor’s degree (475), employed by government (878), and with Libyan nationality (951). Upon cross-tabulation using chi-square, results showed that the proportion of the age group 18-25 (X2=870.206,p-value=0.00001), of male (X2=664.153; p-value=0.00001), of being married (X2=967.552; p-value=0.00001), of being a Libyan (X2=65.443; p-value=0.00001), of being a bachelor’s degree (X2=728.872; p-value=0.00001); and of being a government employee (X2=1007.334; p-value=0.00001) were significant factors associated vaccine acceptance. Moreover, respondent’s perception whether the COVID-19 vaccine will help prevent the spread of disease ((X2=1429.099; p-value=0.00001), their trust in the health system of Libya (X2=1327.565; p-value=0.00001), their idea whether the COVID-19 vaccine has a side-effect (X2=992.959; p-value=0.00001), and their fear of the side-effects of the COVID-19 vaccine are also key determinants that predict COVID-19 vaccine acceptance.
Conclusion: Identifying key factors relating to COVID-19 vaccine acceptance may aid in intensifying the global immunization drive. Health education must be reinforced to expedite achieving herd immunity using the social media and proper health education elsewhere.

Knowledge and Perceptions on COVID 19 among the University Students in Odisha...ijtsrd
The most recent outbreak of the highly infectious acute respiratory syndrome SARS CoV 2 has grappled the world. Human behavior and awareness assessment during this crisis is crucial in an effort to contain the pandemic. Objectives We conducted this study to assess evaluation of awareness, attitude, prevention, expectations, and precautionary measures against COVID 19 among the university students in Odisha. Methods This is a comprehensive cross sectional study that was conducted as an online survey using an online self completed questionnaire. The participants were students enrolled in different universities in Odisha. The questionnaires were divided into four main sections general health knowledge, sterilisation, prevention, and precautionary measures on COVID19. Results Most of the students 85.8 believed that consuming antibiotics is not useful, 75.9 considered that washing hands with normal water is helpful and 61.8 believed drinking a hot drink will help prevent COVID 19. Where 54.7 of participants followed the world health organization as the primary sources of information and 27.4 of the participants used social media to obtain information about SARS CoV 2. Most of the participants 99 agreed that self isolation and maintaining distance can decrease the spread of COVID 19. The majority of the respondents had sufficient knowledge and their attitude and perception towards Covid 19 preventive measures was satisfactory. Conclusion Odisha Universities students demonstrated an expected level of awareness about the COVID 19 virus and implemented effective strategies to prevent its spread. The document discusses the case of Timothy Ray Brown, known as the "Berlin Patient", who is considered the first person cured of HIV/AIDS. Brown was diagnosed with HIV in 1995 and later developed leukemia. In 2007, he received a stem cell transplant from a donor with a CCR5 mutation that provides resistance to HIV. Despite complications, the treatment eliminated both his cancer and HIV infection. Nearly eight years later, Brown remained free of detectable HIV. The document also mentions a second patient in London who received similar treatment and may have been cured of HIV, providing further evidence that stem cell transplantation can cure HIV infection in some cases.

This study analyzed 223 HIV-HBV co-infected patients in France to describe epidemiological, virological and clinical characteristics. Most patients were male (82%) with a mean age of 42. HBV genotypes identified (A 52%, E 23.3%, D 16.1%) reflected different risk factors and geographic origins. Advanced liver lesions were seen in 54% and associated with older age and lower CD4 counts. 74.7% received antiviral therapy including 47% receiving tenofovir, though persistent HBV replication in some suggested non-optimal adherence. Findings support further optimizing management and HBV vaccination in HIV patients.

It discusses the implications of COVID-19 for the wider economy, businesses, and employment. It outlines challenges these groups may face and how they can respond to protect people and navigate
The document discusses the FebriDx rapid point-of-care test that can differentiate between viral and bacterial infections in patients presenting with acute respiratory symptoms. It notes that overprescription of antibiotics for respiratory infections is a major problem, and physicians currently lack tools to determine infection etiology. The FebriDx test measures levels of MxA and CRP proteins to provide results in 10 minutes. Clinical trials found it had high sensitivity and specificity for differentiating between viral and bacterial infections. The test could help reduce unnecessary antibiotic prescribing without adverse events.

- The study assessed the knowledge and practices of nurses regarding post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) of HIV at BPKIHS hospital in Nepal.
- It found that while most nurses had satisfactory knowledge of PEP, their practices regarding seeking care after exposure were less than ideal. Only around 15% sought healthcare after an exposure.
- The study concluded that while knowledge of PEP was high, practices needed improvement. It recommended further training and education to promote safer work practices among nurses.
An outbreak of varicella occurred at a hospital affecting patients and staff. Initial cases included two pediatric patients presenting with rash at the ER. Additional cases soon followed including an intern, resident, fellow and physical therapist exposed to the initial cases. Contact tracing identified over 30 exposed or potentially exposed individuals. An investigation was launched following standardized steps including confirming the diagnosis, establishing case definitions, formulating a hypothesis, testing the hypothesis with additional epidemiological data, recommending control measures and announcing results. Control measures included isolation, vaccination, work restrictions and surveillance to interrupt transmission and protect susceptible individuals.

Knowledge, Attitude and Vaccination Status on Covid 19 among Adults Living in...ijtsrd
Introduction In 2019, the whole World faced with the great challenges in the health due to the epic outbreak of novel Corona virus. World Health Organization WHO declared the Corona virus as the global health emergency on January 30, 2020. The Covid 19 vaccine are widely created for their role in reducing the spread of Covid 19 and reducing the severity and death caused by Covid 19. People’s perception toward vaccine acceptance have fluctuated with the information flow in various social medias and the severity of COVID 19 cases. This study aimed to assess the level of knowledge and attitude about Covid 19 vaccine among the community people. Methods Quantitative approach with descriptive research design was adopted for the present study. Two hundred 200 adults aged 20 60 years from Angarpada and Mahul residence in Khordha District, Odisha were selected purposively. Adults who gave their consent and were present during the data collection period were included in the study. Pregnant woman and the people have systemic diseases were excluded from the study. The tools used to collect the data were 1. Socio demographic questionnaire, 2. Knowledge questionnaire to assess the Covid 19 vaccination and 3. Attitude scale to assess the attitude on Covid 19 vaccine. The data was analysed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results Vaccination status of the adults living in the Khordha district shows that 83 of people vaccinated for COVID 19. Level of knowledge on covid19 vaccine shows that more than half of the people 52.5 had poor knowledge. Highest percentage of adults 47.5 had neutral attitude. The mean knowledge score is 10±3.59 and mean attitude score is 92.38±6.54. There was a very weak positive correlation r = 0.176, p = 0.096 found between the knowledge and attitude. Conclusion The study results indicates that most of the community people are having adequate knowledge and having neutral attitude towards the Covid 19 vaccination. It shows that awareness is needed on the importance of vaccination. Dr. B.

This document outlines a proposed research study on COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. The study aims to evaluate the current vaccination status and identify factors influencing vaccine refusal and indecision. The methodology involves surveying 10,000 individuals across locations in Cox's Bazar using questionnaires, interviews, and focus groups. Data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics and SPSS. It is anticipated that the study will find health beliefs around side effects and efficacy influence vaccination preferences, and targeted information programs could help address concerns and increase immunization rates.
Background: Covid-19 an illness caused by SARS- COV-2 virus, it has killed millions of people all over the world and has wreaked havoc in India too. Even today there is no confirmed drug that can successfully tackle the illness. According to WHO, efficient vaccines and equitable access to them is vital to curbing the Covid-19 pandemic.
Materials and Methods: With the help of a semi-structured question guide, six focus group discussions were conducted in several villages in East Khasi hills Meghalaya, each focus group had 6-12 participants, thematic analysis was used to analyze the data.
Results: Most of the villagers are affected by covid-19 and the lockdown measures to curb it, but their perceptions on vaccinations were negative. Certain thematic areas that seemed to repeat were, religious beliefs, lack of awareness, individual freedom to choose, not feeling like they require it as they are just agricultural laborers, fear of side effects, and the prevalence of negative propaganda on social media. Most believe if it’s mandatory to take the vaccine everyone would take it. Few village heads suggested better awareness might be able to convince a few.
Conclusion: The majority said they were not ready to get vaccinated, and cited religion and individual freedom to choose as the reasons for their reluctance. Health awareness programs and more pro vaccine governmental policies may help improve coverage.

Marriage and sanctity by Dr Ruth AfunwaRUTH AFUNWA
1) The document discusses marriage as a path to holiness or sanctity according to Christian teachings. It was established by God to unite a man and woman in a permanent bond.
2) Fidelity in marriage involves total, faithful, and exclusive love between spouses that is enduring, seeks to improve oneself, accepts ideals, and remains constant over time through challenges.
3) Modern challenges to healthy marriages include high divorce rates, secularization, and policies undermining the traditional definition of marriage. However, strong families that practice dialogue, forgiveness, quality time together, and prayer can overcome obstacles.

How to Make a Field Mandatory in Odoo 17Celine George
In Odoo, making a field required can be done through both Python code and XML views. When you set the required attribute to True in Python code, it makes the field required across all views where it's used. Conversely, when you set the required attribute in XML views, it makes the field required only in the context of that particular view.

3. ABSTRACT
Background: Coronavirus disease is an infection caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-
CoV-2) commonly called COVID-19. It was first isolated from sellers of sea food in markets of Wuhan, South China
and it gradually spread to other continents, affecting most countries on the globe with high figures of mortality and
morbidity.
Aim: This study was carried out to determine the knowledge, perception and practices of adults resident in Enugu
East Local Government Area of Enugu state, Nigeria.
Methods: Four hundred (400) questionnaires was used after validation. The study instrument comprised three
sections of 6 to 8 questions each.
Results: Three hundred and ninety two (98.0%) questionnaires were retrieved from respondents. The socio-
demographics profile showed higher male respondents (54.3%) and the educational qualification of respondents was
highest at the tertiary level with 83.9%. A Likert scale of 1 to 4 was used for all research questions in the survey.
Research questions on the perception of COVID-19, awareness level and practice had average values of 3.38, 2.57
and 3.16 respectively while the reliability test for questions on knowledge, perception and practice gave a Cronbach’s
coefficients of 0.788, 0. 568 and 0.609 respectively.
Conclusion: The study showed that adults in Enugu East Local Government Area of Enugu State of Nigeria have
higher level of Perception and precautionary measures on COVID-19, but lower level of awareness. This suggests the
need for continuous sensitization on the importance of personal and environmental hygiene culture even in the post
COVID-19 pandemic era.

6. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
• Enugu East is a Local government Area of Enugu, Nigeria with a population
of 374,100 at the 2016. The work force is made of civil servants, traders,
entrepreneurs and artisans.
• The perception on the spread of Coronavirus disease is generally low.
• Non- compliance.
• Communal lifestyle
• However, there is paucity of data on knowledge, perception and practices of
Coronavirus pandemic among adults in Enugu Urban, Nigeria, as addressed in
this study.
7. Purpose of the study
The aim of the study was to:
Determine the
perception on
COVID-19 among
adults in Enugu East
Local Government
Area (LGA).
Investigate the
awareness levels
between male and
female adult
respondents in the
LGA.
Identify the
precautionary
measures used by
adult respondents
and the level of
compliance.
8. Scope of the study
• This study is limited to adults in Enugu East Local
Government Area of Enugu state.
• Adults were selected because they have higher level of
spread of the virus
9. RESEARCH METHOD
Research design: Survey.
Instrument for data collection: Questionnaire.
Arranged on a four point scale: Agree, Strongly agree, Disagree, Strongly disagree
• The instrument was validated by three experts in education.
• Data collected from the research questions were analyzed using Descriptive statistics in SPSS-
23
• Decision rule:

12. RESULTS SUMMARY
• The research questions were in three parts based on perception, awareness
level and preventive practices.
• Perception level was high as 3.38, above the decision rule of 2.5
• Although awareness level was 2.57, which was above the decision rule of 2.5,
it is lower when compared to perception and precautionary measures scores
• Precautionary measures was found to be 3.16, which was above the decision
rule of 2.5
• The reliability test for questions on knowledge, perception and practice gave a
Cronbach’s coefficients of 0.788, 0. 568 and 0.609 respectively.
• In summary, respondents had good knowledge about the COVID-19 outbreak
and on the preventive measures, but with low compliance level due in part to
the absence of reports on cases in the LGA.
13. DISCUSSION
The findings of this research suggest that the respondents have varying
knowledge about the COVID-19 pandemic. Besides the awareness generated
through media, some of the respondents still do not believe in the reality of the
disease.
Some think the figures mentioned as infected persons are politically inclined and
have no correlation with the reality. This findings are similar to the reports by
Olapegba et al., 2020 and Serwaa et al, 2020.
14. CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Conclusion
Finding from this study revealed that adults in Enugu East Local
Government Area of Enugu State of Nigeria have higher level of
Perception and precautionary measures on COVID-19, but lower level of
awareness
Recommendations
• There is need for a continuous sensitization among people in the
different communities about the coronavirus through radio jingles, talk
show and documentaries
• Sharing of palliatives in the different communities so as to encourage
compliance against the spread of coronavirus.
