Leadership Model. Jim Collins created this model on developing leadership skills. He says
that a leader can reach greatness only when he or she has absolute selflessness, has a
strong personal commitment toward goals, and brings out the best in his or her followers.

Level 5 is the highest level in a hierarchy of leadership capabilities. However, to
be a full-fledged Level 5 Executive, you need the capabilities of all the lower
levels, plus the special characteristics of level 5.
