This article explores using a proposed generic Delphi toolkit (GDT) to guide the design and implementation of a Delphi study on cultural sensitivity and ecotourism. The GDT is a three-stage model for Delphi research including preparation, convergence of expert opinions through iterative surveys, and final reporting. The author tests the GDT by applying it to an ecotourism research example to evaluate its utility and provide insights for refining Delphi methodology in ecotourism research.
