Connie White is the author of "Social Media, Crisis Communications and Emergency Management: Leveraging Mobile Technologies, 2nd Ed (end of 2016). She has published extensively, many of the papers are free here. Dr. White is a founding member of the USA Chapter of The International Emergency Management Society (TIEMS) and currently serves as the TIEMS-USA Secretary. Her current endeavor includes contributing to the creation of educational system for TIEMS international community.
