4. Direct and Coach Onsite Foremen.

5. Work Closely With Company Estimators and General
Manager To Make Sure Jobs Run Smoothly And As Bid.

6. Encourage employees to complete their work
efficiently, to specifications and with a high degree of
quality.

7. Read Blueprints Accurately

8. Verify ongoing work for layout,
elevations, specifications and plans.

9. Participate in bi-monthly safety meetings
and monthly operations meetings.

10. Ensure that employees comply with all
OSHA and Company safety standards.

11. Produce RFIs and Change Orders.

12. Be at the San Rafael office and ready
to go 6:30am each morning.

15. Be comfortable using Word, Writing
Emails, & Using Excel Spreadsheets
Bluebeam and MS Project a plus.

17. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the

18. College degree is a plus. A BS or BA in
