Municipal projects from 20k to 20m. I am currently a General Superintendent for Cherry Hill/Tutor Peini working in the
Norfolk Office VA office. My main background is in heavy civil construction.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Cherry Hill/Tutor Perini Norfolk Division
Oversee the civil, structural and utility operations on the I-564 project in Norfolk Va. This project is the first phase of the
patriots crossing.It includes 4 bridges, and 2 miles of roadway. It will also include a new inspection station and ramps for the
Norfolk Naval Station. The project includes doing work both inside and outside of the Naval Facilities such as relocating
perimeter roads in the base also a new gate facility. This project is currently worth $107 million dollars. My role is working
with the owners to help resolve issues that come up and overseeing the day to day operations including quality control and
quality assurance is met on the project. This project has multiple stakeholders including Eastern Federal Lands, The City of
Norfolk, NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk Southern Railroad, And the Port Authority.I have many certification that include
EM-385, OSHA 30, CPR and many more. I also served as the interim construction manager for a period of time.
Orion Marine Group, Chesapeake, Virginia United States
Construction Manager February 2015 – Oct 2015
Oversee multiple projects in the marine construction industry.Currently on 2 projects in Bald Head Island, NC
We are building 2 jetties and a Groin. The Groin is unique in the fact it is the first one in NC since the state issued a
moratorium. We built these projects (which are private) during Sea Turtle nesting season which presents its own unique
situations.These projects combined are around 17M. They include coordination for deliveries from a remote laydown area
based on the mainland and moving to the island with multiple barges. I also made sure that quality control and quality
assurance was adhered to make the jobs successful The project includes placing gabion mattresses and stone placement
between 3 and 12 ton stones with both cranes and excavators. This was a $50 million dollar project.
EV Williams, Virginia Beach, Virginia United States
General Superintendent June 2012 – February 2015
Oversee multiple projects including The City of Newport News, The City of Hampton and The City of Chesapeake. My roll
was The General Superintendent of the Dominion Blvd. for the City of Chesapeake I was in charge of the day to day
operations including procurement of materials, placement of materials while adhering to the QA/QC program, overseeing all
subcontractors and multiple in-house crews. It has a value of $188M and has been a very successfulproject. It includes 9
bridges, 4 miles of RDWY, water, sewer, storm drain and multiple utility relocates.

Project Superintendent, Jan 2005 – Nov 2011
Oversee multiple projects including FDOT, Private and Municipalities.
 Investigate damage, accidents,or delays at construction sites,to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
 Confer with managerial and technical personnel, otherdepartments, and contractors in order to resolve problems and
to coordinate activities.
 Examine and inspect work progress thru the QA/QC program, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and
