               Southeastern Sales Supervisor
               • Responsible for the full range of territorial management activities associated with servicing
                 established diamond blade and concrete polishing accounts as well as identifying and developing
                 new business opportunities in the southeast territory.
               • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position products to specific markets or
                 applications.
               • Develop key new relationships, maintain existing and repair damaged perceptions, where needed, to
                 build a strong customer network.
               • Provide monthly report analysis with target account opportunities and needs.
               • Championed the launch of the new diamond polishing products line as key training support liaison.
               • Position was eliminated due to economic slow down in the industry and company-wide downsizing.

               • Responsible for bridging customer satisfaction and a builder’s commitment to quality workmanship
                 within the new home year warranty period – customer satisfaction ratings went from 65% to 90% in
                 one year, with several letters of appreciation documented for my professionalism and

               • Scheduled and supervised sub-contactors on site as needed for repair work.
               • Implemented new tracking forms to better organize day-to-day management of projects
               • Conducted a full walk-through audit to ensure adherence to contract specifications and building code
                 regulations.

                 reduction.

                • Managed and operated an independent, full-service home construction, remodeling and repair
                  business of new construction, build-to-suit, and tenant improvements (TI) as well as large capital
                  expansions. Start up venture that grew 60% in 6 years.
                • Licensed to provide all general contractor services, such as custom trim/carpentry services,
                  basement finishing, designer tile work, custom decks, home entertainment concepts, hardwood floor
                  installations.
                • Handled scheduling, preparation of bid packages and project proposals, sales of higher end products,
                  participation in contractor selection, negotiation with sub-contractors, development and tracking of
                  project scope and budget, finance administration and client/supplier relationship management.
