The document outlines specifications for 6 reports. Report 1 displays divisions, counties, and clients in a relational source with groups on division and country. Report #1 Division/County/Client
This report should list Divisions, the Counties within those divisions, and the Clients within
each county.
D.Report Specifications
1.Use the AllWorksRelational Source (this is the only report that uses the
Relational source)
2.Query these tables:
a)Clients
b)County
c)DivisionXCounty
d)Division
3.Define groups on Division and Country
4.Provide drill-down capability

3. Report #2 Labor by County Pie Chart
This report should display the percentage of Labor Costs by county.
E.Report Specifications
1.Use the AllworksOLAP Source
2.Use the ProjectMasterCube
3.“Hard-wire” the reference to Q2, 2006 into the query (don’t make it a parameter)
4.Use the measure “Total Labor Cost” from the Project Master Cube
5.The point label data label will be total cost, divided by the sum of total cost
scoped to the DataSet as a whole (and then formatted as a %)

4. Report #3 Overhead by Category By Quarter
This report should display Overhead cost by Category for Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 of 2005.
F.Report Specifications
1.Use the AllworksOLAP Source
2.Use the Project Overhead Cube
3.No parameters
4.“Hard-wire” Q3 and Q4 2005
5.Any positive values for % change (i.e. an increase in overhead) should be shown
in RED
6.The total should be at the top

5. Report #4 Select Overhead by Category By Quarter
This report should display Overhead cost by Category for a selected Quarter.
G.Report Specifications
1.Use the AllworksOLAP Source
2.Use the Project Overhead Cube
3.Parameter for quarter
4.Parameter for overhead categories (a multi-select, to select multiple overheads)
5.Any positive values for % change (i.e. an increase in overhead) are shown in RED
6.De-select categories that don’t have data for either quarter
7.The total should be at the top

6. Report #5 Overhead By Quarter
This report should display Overhead Cost by Category By Quarter.
H.Report Specifications
1.Use the AllworksOLAP Source
2.Use the Project Overhead Cube
3.Allow the user to sort the table on the right interactively, either on the quarter or
the dollar amount
4.The table on the right should be summarized (grouped) by quarter

7. Report #6 Employee Jobs Within a Date Range
This report should display Overhead cost by Category for a selected Quarter.
I.Report Specifications
1.Use the AllworksOLAP Source
2.Use the Project Labor Cube
3.The employee parameter should be for ONE employee
4.The date parameter should be Week End Date.
5.Group on name, and then on week end date (since someone can work on multiple
projects in a week)
6.Include subtotals for the week end date, as well as final total
